1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after receiving order confirmation.

  • You will receive a notification with a tracking link once your order has dispatched.

2. SHIPPING CHARGES & DELIVERY TIMELINES

  • Standard Delivery: Delivered within 3 to 7 business days depending on your delivery location.

  • Free Shipping: Applicable on prepaid orders over ₹499 (or as indicated in current promotional banners).

  • Express Delivery (where available): Delivered within 2 to 4 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed clearly at checkout.

3. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for most pincodes across India.

  • COD Orders may incur a nominal verification or handling fee at checkout.

  • COD Orders require SMS/WhatsApp or phone call confirmation prior to dispatch.

4. ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS/Email containing your tracking number and tracking URL.

  • You can track your order status anytime on our website's Track Order page.

5. DELAYS & FORCE MAJEURE

  • While we strive to meet specified delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to logistics constraints, weather conditions, festive rushes, or remote geography.

  • All India Store is not liable for minor courier delays beyond our reasonable control.

6. INCORRECT ADDRESS / UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

  • Please ensure your shipping address, pincode, and phone number are complete and accurate.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, non-availability of recipient, or refusal of delivery, re-shipping charges will apply for re-dispatch.
